Animating Brand Personality Through Social-First Storytelling

Panago needed to reach a younger audience who valued food with personality and cultural relevance—on platforms they actually use. The challenge was to push past static offers and tired promo language, and deliver something that felt made for the medium, not just resized for it.

Solution

We created IRL Combos, a social-first campaign that turned Panago’s product pairings into shareable, animated personalities. Each combo was brought to life as a quirky duo—from pizza + pop to wings + wedges—speaking directly to the audience with attitude, wit, and a distinct visual style. It was snackable content with literal snacks.

The Impact

  • Strengthened Panago’s social identity with Gen Z and younger millennials

  • Drove increased engagement and sharing on Instagram and TikTok

  • Enabled a modular content system that extended into seasonal promos

  • Gave the brand a scalable platform to showcase products without relying on price-point selling

  • Helped reposition Panago as culturally in-touch without losing authenticity
